Meridian Care was founded with a simple yet profound mission: to enable people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes, receiving the care and support they need whilst maintaining dignity, choice and quality of life.
Since our establishment, we've grown from a small local care provider to one of Canterbury and Dover's most trusted domiciliary care services, with thriving branches in Canterbury and Dover. But despite our growth, we've never lost sight of what matters most - the people we support.
